Our die cut foam tape is designed for sealing, cushioning, mounting, shock absorption and gap filling applications. We can convert foam adhesive materials into custom shapes according to your drawings, samples or assembly requirements.

Custom Made to Drawing

We support custom foam tape die cutting based on DXF, DWG, PDF, AI drawings or physical samples. Shapes, holes, slots, frames, strips, pads, gaskets, pull tabs and release liner designs can be produced according to your application. Small batch samples are available before mass production to help customers confirm material, thickness, adhesive strength, compression performance and assembly method.

Precision Die Cutting

For many standard die cut foam tape parts, cutting tolerance can reach ±0.1 mm, depending on foam type, thickness, adhesive structure, shape complexity and production process. For thick foam, soft foam or complex shapes, the final tolerance can be confirmed after sample testing.

Kiss Cut and Half Cut Available

We can produce kiss cut foam tape on release liner, allowing the foam adhesive parts to stay on the liner and be peeled off easily during assembly. Full cut, half cut, sheet format, roll format and individual piece supply are available.

Backing and Adhesive Lamination

Foam tape can be laminated with single-sided adhesive, double-sided adhesive, PET film, PE film, non-woven material, protective film, release liner or customer-specified backing materials. Different adhesive systems can be selected according to bonding strength, surface material, temperature resistance and application environment.

Roll Supply and Sheet Supply

Die cut foam tape can be supplied in rolls for automatic or semi-automatic assembly lines. It can also be supplied in sheets or individual pieces for manual assembly. Roll width, part spacing, liner type, winding direction and core size can be customized.

Easy Peel Pull Tab Option

For easier handling, we can add pull tabs or finger lift areas to the foam tape parts. This helps workers remove the liner quickly and improves assembly efficiency, especially for small foam pads, frame gaskets and precision adhesive parts.

Material Options

Available foam materials include PE foam, EVA foam, PU foam, EPDM foam, acrylic foam, PVC foam, silicone foam and high density foam. Adhesive options include acrylic adhesive, rubber adhesive, high temperature adhesive, removable adhesive and strong bonding adhesive.
