Our die cut VHB-style acrylic foam tape is designed for high-strength bonding, mounting, sealing and industrial assembly applications. It provides strong adhesion, good conformability and reliable bonding performance for metal, glass, plastic, painted surfaces and other substrates.
Custom Made to Drawing
We support custom die cutting according to DXF, DWG, PDF, AI drawings or physical samples. Shapes, holes, slots, frames, strips, pads, gaskets, pull tabs and release liner designs can be produced according to your assembly requirements. Small batch samples are available before mass production to help customers confirm size, adhesive strength, thickness and bonding performance.
Precision Die Cutting
For many standard die cut acrylic foam tape parts, cutting tolerance can reach ±0.1 mm, depending on tape thickness, foam structure, material hardness, shape complexity and production process. For thick foam tape or complex shapes, the final tolerance can be confirmed after sample testing.
Kiss Cut and Half Cut Available
We can supply kiss cut or half cut acrylic foam tape on release liner, making each adhesive part easy to peel and apply during assembly. Full cut, half cut, sheet format, roll format and individual piece supply are available.
Backing and Adhesive Lamination
We can laminate acrylic foam tape with PET film, PE film, protective film, release liner, easy-peel liner or customer-specified backing materials. Different adhesive structures can be selected for high bond strength, outdoor resistance, cushioning, sealing or mounting applications.
Roll Supply and Sheet Supply
Die cut VHB-style tape can be supplied in rolls for automatic or semi-automatic production lines. It can also be supplied in sheets or individual pieces for manual assembly. Roll width, part spacing, liner type, winding direction and core size can be customized.
Easy Peel Pull Tab Option
Pull tabs or finger lift areas can be added to help workers remove the release liner quickly. This design improves assembly efficiency and is especially useful for small adhesive parts, frame bonding parts and precision die cut tape components.
Material Options
Available material options include acrylic foam tape, clear acrylic foam tape, black acrylic foam tape, gray acrylic foam tape, high temperature acrylic foam tape, automotive mounting tape, PET laminated acrylic foam tape and removable liner options. If genuine 3M™ VHB™ material is required, please specify the exact 3M tape model before quotation.
