Custom Made to Drawing

We support custom die cutting based on DXF, DWG, PDF, AI or sample parts. Shapes, holes, slots, tabs, liners and release areas can be produced according to your design. Small batch sampling is available before mass production, helping customers confirm material performance, adhesive strength, size and assembly method.

Precision Die Cutting

For many standard die cut double sided tape parts, cutting tolerance can reach ±0.1 mm, depending on material thickness, structure, shape complexity and production process. For precision parts, we can confirm the final tolerance after sample testing.

Kiss Cut and Half Cut Available

We can produce kiss cut double sided tape on release liner, allowing the adhesive parts to stay on the liner and be peeled off easily during assembly. Full cut, half cut, island placement, sheet format and roll format are available according to your production process.

Backing and Adhesive Lamination

We can laminate double sided adhesive tape with PET film, foam, non-woven material, fabric, PE film, protective film, release liner or customer-specified backing materials. Different adhesive structures can be selected for bonding, sealing, cushioning, insulation or mounting applications.

Roll Supply and Sheet Supply

Die cut double sided tape can be supplied in rolls for automatic or semi-automatic assembly lines. It can also be supplied in sheets or individual pieces for manual assembly. Roll width, liner type, spacing, winding direction and core size can be customized.

Easy Peel Pull Tab Option

For better handling, we can add pull tabs or finger lift areas to the die cut adhesive parts. This helps workers remove the liner quickly and reduces assembly time, especially for small parts, thin tapes and precision bonding applications.

Material Options

Available materials include PET double sided tape, tissue double sided tape, acrylic adhesive tape, foam double sided tape, non-woven double sided tape, high temperature double sided tape, conductive adhesive tape and removable adhesive tape. Adhesive options can be selected according to temperature resistance, bonding strength, surface material and application environment.
