Custom Die-Cut Conductive Copper Foil Tape is designed for electronic, electrical and industrial applications that require reliable conductivity, EMI shielding, grounding protection and precision bonding. The product is made from high-purity copper foil combined with acrylic adhesive, offering good electrical conductivity, strong adhesion and flexible processing performance.
The copper foil can be supplied in standard rolls or converted into custom die-cut strips, pads, dots, sheets, circles, squares, rectangles and irregular shapes according to customer drawings or application requirements. It is suitable for electronic devices, PCB areas, metal housings, control cabinets, wire harnesses, cable shielding, sensors, laptops, batteries, appliances and industrial equipment.
Conductive acrylic adhesive is available for applications that require electrical conductivity through the adhesive layer. Non-conductive adhesive can also be supplied for general bonding and shielding applications.

Important Notes
For applications requiring conductivity through the adhesive layer, choose the conductive acrylic adhesive version. Standard copper foil tape may only provide conductivity on the copper foil surface. Heat resistance depends on the adhesive type and application environment. Adhesion and conductivity may vary depending on surface material, pressure, temperature, humidity and surface cleanliness. Testing is recommended before critical electrical or mass production use.
